This is the finest pruner made by the Romulus Company in Wuppertal, Germany. It has a very special traveling action, by which the Xylan coated cutting blade is drawn across the chrome coated base blade with a pronounced slicing movement. This rolling cut makes light work of heavy pruning. Easy one-handed operation and safety catch. A truly professional pruner. 8 1/2 long.
