- Can I place my order by telephone? Yes. Please call toll-free 888-766-5766 Monday though Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Of course, safe and secure online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your convenience. International please use 858-621-7200 or fax 858-621-7273.
- How do I contact you regarding a pending order? Please call our shipping department toll-free 888-766-5766. They are available from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday PST. Or contact our customer service department.
- Is it safe to submit my credit card online? Yes. We use a Netscape secure server (military grade encryption, standard on all serious e-commerce sites). Your information will be totally safe whether you use a Netscape, Microsoft or AOL browser. According to Netscape, no credit card number has ever been stolen when using this system. In addition, customer information (including credit card numbers) is not stored online.
- How is my credit card billed? Your statement will indicate charges from "21st Century".
- Is my name safe with you? Yes. All customer information is kept strictly confidential. Unlike other Internet companies, we have stringent security standards
and much experience in the online industry. Your information is totally secure from start to finish.
- What payment methods do you accept? For immediate shipment please use Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. You may also place an order online and then send a check or money order in later (please see the secure order form for instructions). COD service is not available.
- How can I mail an order in? You may place an order online and then send a check or money order in later. After you place your order you will be given an order number and mailing instructions. Simply write your order number on your check and mail it in!
- What is the return policy? Should you receive a defective item, contact Customer Service within 5 days. We will arrange for return of the original item at no cost to you and we will immediately send you a replacement. Defective items can only be replaced by the exact same model.
- How long does it take to receive a purchase? The average delivery time for standard service is 1-2 weeks.
- Which freight companies do you use? In order to provide the best possible service we use a combination of FedEx, UPS and US Mail.
- Do you provide tracking numbers or shipping confirmations? If you provide a valid email address you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number the day that your package is shipped.
- Do you ship worldwide? Yes. International orders (except Canada) are shipped by Airmail and delivery time is 2-4 weeks. An additional shipping charge of $40 per order applies. Orders to Canada are shipped Airmail or UPS and require an additional charge of $10. Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
